Terms of Service
These terms apply when you ask getsitefor100 to provide website design or development services.
Project scope
The selected package, written quote, and approved project brief define the work. A written quote controls if it differs from the general package information shown on this site.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, and content that you have permission to use. Delayed content or feedback can change the delivery date.
Payment and revisions
Payment timing and included revision rounds are stated in the package or quote. Requests outside the approved scope may require a new quote. Review the Refund Policy.
Delivery estimates
Delivery periods begin after required payment, the completed brief, and required content are received. Delivery dates are estimates unless a written quote clearly guarantees a date.
Ownership
After final payment, you receive ownership of the custom project code and supplied final content. Third party software, fonts, images, and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
External costs
Domain registration, paid hosting, business email, premium assets, payment processing, and external services are not included unless the package or written quote says they are.
Results and availability
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, revenue, or uninterrupted availability from third party platforms.
