Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, revision requests, and refund requests are handled.
Before work starts
You may cancel before design or development work starts. We will refund payments received, less any external cost that you approved and that has already been paid for your project.
After work starts
Please use the revision rounds included in your package first. If the delivered design materially fails to follow the approved brief and the included revisions cannot correct it, you may request a refund of the project deposit.
When a refund is not available
Refunds are not normally available after final approval or source code handover, for a change of mind after work starts, for delays caused by missing client content or feedback, or for domain names and other external purchases.
How to request a review
Email contact@getsitefor100.com with your project name, the relevant part of the approved brief, and the issue you want reviewed. We will reply with the next steps.
